What this site collects

Browsing and searching the directory does not require an account. When you submit a session request or a coach application, we collect the information you type into the form — name, contact details, and any message you include — and send it to TalkDoc Inc.'s backend so the coach or review team can respond.

How it's used

  • Session requests are shared only with the coach you selected, so they can contact you.
  • Coach applications are used only by TalkDoc's review team to evaluate and set up your listing.
  • We never sell your information.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics limited to page paths and generic interaction events (for example, that a search was run in a given state). We do not send names, contact details, or anything that identifies you to analytics providers.

Bot protection

Forms on this site are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
