1. The service

TalkDoc Coaching is a directory and referral service operated by TalkDoc Inc. It helps clients find independent coaches and send session requests, and helps coaches publish listings. Use of the directory is free for clients; listings are free for coaches.

2. Independent providers

TalkDoc Inc. does not itself provide coaching services. Sessions arranged through the directory are provided by independent coaches who set their own schedules, policies, and payment arrangements. Each coach sets their own hourly rate, displayed on their profile, within ranges based on typical living wages in the country where the coach lives; the platform retains a 20% platform fee from each session, and the remainder goes to the coach. Any agreement for sessions is between you and the coach.

3. Accuracy of listings

Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles. Listings show when the coach last confirmed their details; availability can change, so always confirm with the coach before your first session.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false session requests or applications, scrape or bulk-download listings, or use the directory to harass coaches or clients. We may remove listings or block access for misuse.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The directory is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkDoc Inc. disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for the acts or omissions of coaches or the outcome of any sessions arranged through the directory.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the directory after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
