The vetting model
What happens before a listing goes live
Every step below runs before a profile appears in search — and the last one keeps running for as long as the listing is up. On every profile and search result, you can see when the coach last confirmed their details, so you can prioritize recently confirmed listings.
Application review
A listing starts with an application, not an anonymous upload. We review the coach's background, experience, and profile details before publishing it.
Persona ID verification
Before publication, every coach verifies their identity through Persona. The identity behind the profile is checked before you ever see it.
Listings stay confirmed
Coaches re-confirm their rate, availability, and whether they are taking new clients. Every profile shows the latest confirmation date.
